Field Service Technician
Advanced Powering Services, Inc.
$1000.00 SIGNING BONUS AFTER COMPLETING 90 DAY PROBATION PERIOD
Full time position supporting the Communications Industry.
Advanced Powering Services has an immediate opening for a Field Service Technician. We are looking for experienced long-term employees, but will train qualified candidates. This position will require occasional travel and possible weekend work.
Essential Functions:
- Cable replacement and crimping
- 3K to 8K generator maintenance and repair
- 90V Power supply maintenance
- 12V Battery maintenance and replacement
- Site clean up
- May include other duties as needed
Minimum Requirements:
- Basic mechanical aptitude and knowledge of basic tools
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Background/drug testing required
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and have legible penmanship
- Occasional travel may be required
- Knowledge of electronics, small engine/and or generator repair, AC and DC electrical systems a plus

Pay
Monday – Friday, with occasional weekend work/travel
- Omaha, NE (Salary: $15-$19)
- Virginia Beach, VA (Salary: $15-$19)
- San Diego, CA (Salary: $18-$22)
- Peoria, AZ (Salary: $18-$22)
Pay depends on experience.
