Inside Sales Representative
Advanced Powering Services, Inc. – Rancho Santa Margarita, CA
$1000.00 SIGNING BONUS AFTER COMPLETING 90 DAY PROBATION PERIOD
Full time position supporting the Communications Industry.
Advanced Powering Services has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative with experience in Sales. We are looking for a self-motivator and self-starter to join us.
Responsibilities (This role may evolve and change over time):
1. Inside sales for lithium ion battery systems (technical sales calls):
- Take inbound calls/emails regarding
- Make outbound calls/emails
- Manage CRM (Salesforce)
- Create estimates/invoices
- Marketing mailers and email campaigns
- Social media; i.e. Facebook, forums, etc.
- Research new lithium ion customers
2. Production assistance:
- Coordinating product delivery schedules with customers and with production
- Scan customer production materials/reports
- Assist with ordering production materials
- Coordinate shipping with customers
Work Location:
